The Right of Physicians to communicate free of harassment by the regulatory bodies remains firmly under attack in Australia.
An anonymous complaint about my tweets and substack posts suggests I should be censured and have my medical licence removed (again).

For those who have not been aware, a battle has been waging on twitter since the covid madness started, but it has accelerated since Elon Musk has taken the reins at Twitter.
It is between the “Mouse Army” (consisting of all kinds of experts, doctors, scientists, economists, etc ) and the Covidian Cult devotees ( who have been spruikers for the failed Big pHarma products and apologists for the governmental policies that have produced so much harm …think lockdowns, mandates, synthetic gene jabs, etc) and are affectionately referred to as “Muttons” .. named after a particular member of their clan.
The muttons are the real “misinformation” purveyors …
They argue, misdirect, manipulate social media. They push the narrative of Big pHarma and their government collaborators and are recognisable by their conflicts of interest. There have been suggestions some may well work for intelligence agencies, the military (like the 77th Brigade in the UK) or be contractors for them.
77th brigade is a "psychological operations unit responsible for 'non-lethal' warfare that uses social media to "control the narrative"(censorship) as well as disseminating UK government-friendly propaganda!
This kind of “non-lethal” warfare has been unleashed on Australian and Canadian people too.
The muttons don’t like free speech, or data that pushes against the narrative. They are part of the Censorship Industrial Complex, which, having sprung so many leaks, has moved on to the strategy of weaponising the regulators to attack inconvenient truth tellers.
As a proud member of the mouse army, I see muttons as a natural enemy. I would like to see them all served with a red wine and mint jus.
Today I got a letter from the Health Care ComplaintsCommission (HCCC).
Apparently some anonymous mutton does not like my tweets and substack and has filed a complaint with AHPRA (The company that retains the register of Australian Practitioners):
The complaint reads:
“This complaint is regarding an anaesthetist who is registered in NSW.
Dr Paul Terence Oosterhuis He has been engaged in a sustained online campaign to spread misinformation about Covid illness and vaccination. The information he is spreading includes conspiracy theories and misinformation that could harm vulnerable people who believe his propaganda. I believe he should be censured and potentially have his licence removed. He uses Twitter and a substack to spread this misinformation.”

The letter from the HCCC put it in different terms:
So the government, via the Health Care Complaints Commission is assessing whether my tweets and substack posts are “aligned with current NSW Health Policy?”
That doesn’t have a touch of creepy totalitarian over-reach now does it?
“Tweet and write what we want you to say if you want to practice in my town” vibe.
This tells me that the rights of physicians to communicate free of harassment by regulatory bodies remains firmly under attack still, in 2023 Australia.
I write about ethical responsibilities of these bodies, responsibilities which have not been met such as Informed consent, coercion in health care, bodily autonomy, and the right of doctors to be doctors (not merely apparatchiks of the state).

Sorry to hear of your situation. I suspect the anonymous complaint is probably a member of the skeptic networks in Australia. The HCCC & AHPRA are enablers of this sort of behaviour.
In my view, those two agencies should be either disbanded or cleaned out & replaced with ethical & moral people. Come to think of it, this probably applies to all modern institutions & corporations.
Anonymous complaints have no place in any decent society. The wording in the acts, statutes, or legislation should be changed to not allow it. Nobody but a patient, or carer, guardian or other close member of the patient (& even then under strict circumstances) should be able to file a complaint against a practitioner. It is just targeting of dissenters, which has been going on for a long time, especially to alternative health practitioners of naturopathy, homeopathy, etc.
Maybe AMPS has some other ideas about how to go about changing the current situation.
