Thanks Paul for speaking out when others hushed up. Are you familiar with James Lindsay's unpacking of Wokism and its origins? My Dad from Eastern Europe was dead set against Labor because it was "communist" and I always thought he was exaggerating. Hmmm... but of course now we have the UniParty and the Silent Greens defending our rights, not.
Engagement with those types of skeptics is virtually impossible. I wouldn't directly engage. But I would follow them to keep track of their arguments. They are part of a network of groups & individuals in Australia & overseas who target anything they deem as pseudoscience. Dick Smith's Skeptics Australia has a lot of them, as does Friends Of Science In Medicine. One of the main groups in the US is the sciencebasedmedicine website. TVS Booster regularly cites from it, & that sites writers.
Thank you. They’re targeting practice for me, but I’m not trying to influence anyone in the group as they’d deep down know the truth. Their thousands of asleep friends may see the comments.
Two young men in my family with heart conditions, a sister with a brain tumour, and excess deaths and horrific injuries in so many countries - I’m furious.

I will check it out. Thanks Rosemary.
Ha, classic. Voltaire would be rolling over in his grave. I’ve been batting absurdities myself of late, on the Facebook page of TVS Booster, where its administrator set up a thread in my name. It has been impossible to peacefully reason with any members of the group - cognitive dissonance at its extreme: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0iKm7ikx7W7BwU9w7THjLpGzPK8nQbPQBURNXhom2jUPreq3NGJn1F6EsLo1wNnQnl&id=61552863939303

You’d be welcome to back me up in Facebook.
Good on you for trying.
The amount of carnage all around us is truly appalling. Sorry to hear of your personal situation.
This Aussie survey on Covid jab regrets says it all - and it was 2 years ago: https://youtu.be/EIkoevAGHMg?si=uxa24pTsVFklutWZ
Thank you ☺️
Agree entirely with this well written piece.
If only others could see what is as plain as the noses on their faces.
