Due to the Wayback machine, I have dug up this page from the 2018 archive of the WEF website. It is now deleted.

Given the hubris with which people like Yuval Noah Harari claims so confidently that free will is over and done with, and that how humans are “hackable animals” I thought it would be interesting to look at what the WEF was talking about in 2018.
